I think you can improve the heel section..the details is not suppose to be like that..i have a picture here maybe you can work on it my friend..

without the Real Shoes Patch:

EA Graphics Editor

- Open sgms/common/xshoes.viv with the EA Graphics Editor
- Extract the shoe you want to modify (File - Extract) in the sgms folder (when the program ask if you want to decompress the file, you click Yes)

- Open the file you just extracted (for example sh001.fsh) with FshX
- Click on Texture - Double Resolution (optional)
- Press Ctrl + I and import the shoe you want to put in the game in bitmap format (.bmp)
- Save

with the Real Shoes Patch:

just open the .fsh in the sgsm folder and import the picture with FshX...
