You can't really call them jersey switches, they should be called what they are, head switches.

Tmac = Spree.
Yao = Pau.

TMac is Spree
Yao is Pau
Bosh is Travis Outlaw

It's more than a head-switch. You gotta 'liquify' the body just right so it matches the player's original frame. Switch the number on the jersey (didn't do that with TMac) as well as blend the skin tones together and fix the background, get the sizes and angles of every layer just right. In general I think they are just as good, if not better, than jersey switches, and a lot easier. Bold words I know
