NBA Live 07 with XBOX 360 Wireless Controller

I have an XBox 360 Wireless Controller that hooks up to my PC.
On NBA Live 07 in controls options, it shows the controller plugged in and everything. But during the game, I cant move, pass, or do anything with the controller.
Any ideas how to fix this?
