ONLINE PROBLEM.PLZZZZZZZZ

First of all hi.
i have aproblem connecting online with this game.
when i go to ea online in the game menus it gives the following message:
Ea Sports online is not installed.
Install it from the game CD's and try again.
However in my DVD there is no Ea Sports online.
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ help me.
