You can try changing the MIN_TARGET field but I'm not sure if it will work. You should also make a backup of your Dynasty before doing any DBF editing in case anything goes wrong.

I must be mistaken then. The only other value I can think of would be CASH_YEAR but I don't think it will work; it's only effective when a player is currently signed to a deal.

andrew, is stan van gundy's face included in your patch, coz something is wrong, van gundy is using larry browns face, i checked stan's viv file and i saw browns cyberface on it btw, i also experienced a crash when i played with houston in my dynasty mode... but regardless of those minor mistakes, you are the best!!!

That's weird, in the database it definitely points to Stan Van Gundy's face files. I'll have to look into that.

There's definitely no problem with Houston in the patch, I've double checked and everything is working fine. If you're using SUM as well, you might want to install the tattoo fix. Otherwise, check out any Rockets related graphics patches you have installed because they're definitely working fine in the roster update.

Geez Horford is 75 at the most and parker is 84 at the least. Also, think about the impact the players will have on the team. Like Paul Pierce cannot be a 89 anymore with ray allen as one of the 1a-b options. SO i put Paul at 88 and ray at 87. Jose Calderon should have at least a star play maker rating. Kobe = 97 not 96 with the way he is playing. DANIEL GIBSON = 64?! common at least 68-69 in my vote. KIRILENKO AINT THAT GOOD ANYMORE....HE HAS NOTHING OFFENSIVELY THAT BLOWS OUT MY EYES. Rather than blasting the overall ratings - which are calculated automatically by the game - perhaps you could suggest some specific rating changes? I don't boost or decrease the overall ratings just so they look better because the individual ratings are more important in determining performance. However, overall ratings that appear odd may point to individual ratings also being off so if you have any suggestions for the individual ratings then by all means post them.

There's no fix for that as far as I can tell, aside from simulating the first season and then overwriting the Dynasty save's databases with the files from the roster update.

The signing of Casey Jacobsen is hardly reason to rush out a re-released version of v1.11 or speed up the release of v1.12.

That would do it. Guess I need a Van Gundy patch as well, thanks for the heads up. I'm not sure what the problem with the Rockets is then, as far as I can see it's nothing to do with the roster update because I've yet to have any success in recreating the problem.

As I'm always asked when the next roster update is coming out, I've decided to maintain an announcement thread so everyone's aware of my plans for the next release.

Next Update (v1.12): 12th August, 2007

A couple of notes regarding the release dates:




The dates are approximate guesses and are subject to change at any time.

If there's no date posted, I haven't decided on one yet.

When a date has been posted, it means the update is expected to be out sometime on that day. Not as soon as the clock ticks over, not necessarily in the morning or in the evening. I anticipate releasing it at some point during the specified day.

Likewise, rough guesses such as "after the draft" should not be interpreted as "immediately after the draft has finished" or "the day immediately after the draft".

My life does not revolve around the roster patches, I maintain them in my free time so I might not always be able to maintain a regular pattern with the updates, and sometimes may be forced to postpone updates. While I'd like to keep them consistent, quite often it comes down to when I have the time and energy and whether an update is urgently needed (ie serious bugs in a release).

After releasing an update, I don't immediately make plans for the next one. In most cases I probably won't offer a release date for the next version for at least a couple of days after the current version is released.

Pestering me about the next release won't make me post it any earlier, so please don't. This has gone on long enough, refusal to acknowledge this request is grounds for banning; appeals will be welcome.



Any other questions and of course suggestions for the update, you know what to do by now. .

you need too change kevin durants bodytype too 0, and y is his strength at 60 thats waaay too high for him, he could not even bench 185lbs once at the rookie camp...


please give walter hermann a custom bodytype (he is super CUTT )

please give andre brown (grizzlies) a normal bodytype (he's not fat)

please give corey brewer and joakim noah skinny bodytypes

I can try out those modified bodytypes but I don't make custom bodytypes. As I've explained before, I don't make graphics patches.

You would need to reinstall the patch if you format your PC, or at least back up your My Documents\NBA Live 07\saves folder and the sgsm folder.

I think Antoine Walker is rated WAY too high. He is a 9 point scorer, averages 4 rebounds, and has a poor shot percentage and has a rating of 78. Luol Deng on the other hand is rated a 76, yet he averages 19/7 and helped swept Walker's team 4-0 in the playoffs.

Also, he is not better than Al Jefferson who averages 16/11.

Same applies to Channing Frye.
