Dynasty with other rosters

Can I play in Dynasty mode with the roster patches (e.g. Late06/07, roster with 07/08 draft, ect) and if yes, how?
Because everytime i start a dynasty the default roster is loaded automatically.

When you begin a new Dynasty game, select "No" for the 2006 Draft option.
