Renaldo Balkman HAIR

I'm having bigtime problems getting Balkman to LOOK LIKE Balkman!
His portrait is working no problem, and he has a face in game it's just that he has NO LONG HAIR. I can see the pixels are a bit messed up where his hair should be but it's just not showing up. Someone help please?
I know that he was updated in the patch from EA and my game IS patched and up to date, that is how I have a face and all, it's only the hair not working.
