Get rid of default rosters

How can I load Tony Ds 1991-92 roster with his classic teams patch...eg 1992 Utah Jazz v 86 Boston celtics. To word it better how can I load the game up and not get the default NBA Live 07 modern rosters and instead the historical roster patch.

Copy the dbf files from his roster update to all the database folders (originaldb, workingdb, currentdb etc). You might want to make a backup of those folders just in case you want to restore them later on without going to the trouble of copying them from the disc or reinstalling the game.
