Awards problem

I have a problem with the awards. All the MVP awards from all star weekend and 3 point and slam dunk competition get lost from awards section once I quit the game and then load it. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Once you unlock those trophies, you need to save your settings otherwise they'll be lost.
