Can't Get Roster Patch to Work

sup guys........i'm new to the site and the forum.

i just downloaded the NLSC updated roster and installed it. I then went in to the game and went to save/load game, loaded one of the rosters, specifically the 06-07, then clicked on save settings. it said saved successfully but then when i went to go play, the roster hasn't changed at all.

what am i doing wrong? please help, thanks!

u dont have to save settings...u have to put "load file" that is on the top and left of the screen
