can someone create rookies to put in FA pool in a roster update?

Im in the process of this as we speak, but my idea is to try to dump out the legends pool and put them in their possibly?

Edit players.dbf of the roster you wanna use, and add rookies. Get the cyberfaces from Samutei, Uto, KJ threads and from draft patch.
