If I want change Harold Miner to be highFlyer which value I must edit in players.dbf ?

And the same if I change Inside and Outside stopper, Inside and Outside Scorer, 3point Shooter, and playmaker ??

It's much better if you assign ratings that will allow a player to qualify for FSS abilities naturally, else they'll lose them whenever the game recalculates overall ratings (ie when a player is edited, signed, released or traded).
