trouble with fatigue effect

I buy NBA Live 2007, when I saw Mega Historical Patch, but now I discover a bug - in global sliders don`t have fatigue effect.

I read about it, and i download official patches for my version - Europoean. I instal it.

Install is finishing, but still in Global Sliders doesn`t have Fatigue effect.

What is it ?? How I may repair this bug. Or maybe this version is little crapped ??

There's no fix for that; the patch simply doesn't add a Fatigue Effect slider (which would have been preferable), only a Fatigue On/Off option.

Is there possible to add option fatigue effect on/off doesn`t install patch ??

Or tell me what I must make to on fatige effect ??

Now I waiting for answer for technicall suport from EA.

Installing the official patch will add the Fatigue On/Off option under the game's settings. As I said before, it won't add a Fatigue Effect slider though.
