hey Andrew, in this NLSC patch does he improve insanely or will he stick around 77-85?

Whether or not he'll improve depends a little on the training he receives, with the rest left up to chance. His DESTINY attribute is 3, which is the third highest rating in that field, so he has a decent chance of improving to that level given his age.
