What one do you guys use/prefer? Or do you use another one? Please specify and give a download link if possible.

I've only ever used Photoshop but I have never touched anything else because everything is possible with Photoshop. It's an amazing tool.
If you want a legal download link, you'll need something free. I hear The GIMP is a very good free image editor, some people even use it over Photoshop.
