Your players.dbf is messed up, download the latest Andrew's or Jimmy's rosters and you shud be fixed.

ROFL!!! I think your players.dbf file doesn't correspond with your appearance.dbf file. Did you change any of those?

Is this happening in your dynasty? If it is just a roster you have, then try to download some roster patch, like Andrews, backup your current appearance.dbf file, then copy the appearance.dbf from the roster patch and paste in your roster. If it asks whether or not you should overwrite, do so. Hope it works.
