NBA Locale Editor

I have problem with NBA Locale String Editor: http://img104.imageshack.us/img104/550/untitledwl7.jpg What does it mean?

it mostly likely bad file. try reinstalling it.
if not working, then try re downloading it and reinstall
if this all fails it's like the file is being located in the wrong place, there you need to have someone who uses that same program, tell where it needs to be, as i'm filmiar with the setup of the program.

That program hasn't install file there's only .exe file and readme, I have downloaded it several times, but all of them has a same problem

the answer now is one of a few things.
1 it it couild a bad file downloaded, in which case you'd need to find someone who uses it and see where be a good copy around, but first try this.
try running it agian and see what errors pop up. take note of what is says. if comes something missing, note it and then google for it and see if you can down load the missing part.
if you can then usealy throws need to be put into system or systeme32 files under windows. it wont hurt if there in both i dont believe. and dll or ocx or be the case for ie.
that likely were the issue is., missing or curpted file.
if this doest work, either something gone bad in the program that beyod me me at least or its not working with your os and wont work.
this last part i dont have answer for as i said i'm fimilar with the program, so someone else will have tell if you get to that point if it an issue of being able to run in the os your using.
if you reach this point post agian and list the os and someone should be able to answer if compatible with the os.
if the above a shot, maybe just getting old of the missing or bad file will fix it. thats a real possibly.

yep, but I couldn't find "COMCT332.OCX" WTF is it? I do not know...

that where you can it from, as as placing in the right place so the program can run, its one of three place in folders. system or system 32 which under the windows folder of your c drive or itll need to be put in the folder where the program is itself.

some can verfy the location for me, would be good back track its placement.

My browser couldn't find that site

i found it just google ing it. i just typed in the file name. there a few that was the one at top in my search.
just type in the file name exactly as it appears in the error message and youll see a number of sites yo get from.

Program is working thank's for that, but when I open some local files, I get another error:

coz it isnt for nba live 07

but maybe is something like this for 07?
