Having a "crash on the Desktop" Problem

I am having a problem on my dynasty when i click on the Team Staff then on the Assistant the game crashes. I really need help because i want to train some of my players

I have the same problem. But this should go to Technical Issues.

Have you installed my Real Staff update or edited staff.dbf in any way? If so, that could be causing the problem.

nope, i didn't install the real staff updates because i have a problem with that patch and also i didn't edit the staff.dbf. maybe i will check if i edited something in the staff.dbf

Usually when the game crashes like that it's due to a corruption/error in the databases.

okey what do i do to fix it?

If there's a corruption there's not much you can do except restore from a backup.
