Missing FA's in the Dynasty pool

I don't know if its only my version but some of the FA's are missing(like Yuta Tabuse and Jahidi White) when I start a season in Dynasty mode.

Anyone have the same problem?

You're not alone on that one. The game automatically prunes low-rated free agents when you start a new Dynasty.

Its weird though. I even tried increasing their ratings to 70ish and tried a new dynasty season and still the same result. Guess I can't have Yuta Tabuse as the league MVP like I did in NBA 2006

Strange. You can get around it by signing Tabuse to your team before you begin a new Dynasty though.
