Custom court problem, help

can some experienced court maker tell me a solution to this problem..

i have made logos, jerseys & courts to my teams and when i enter the game it crashes and sometimes it loads the court but then the crowd is black??

what could be wrong, i have modified the original teams apprev from teams.dbf, location.dbf and checked that all my files are correctly named

someone please..i'm stuck with this situation..

extract the crowd3d.fsh from the crowd3d.viv in the crowd3d folder inside the sgsm and put it in the sgsm folder.
