I agree you can do better. His neck makes him look like he is 80 years old. Also the blending of the face is alot lighter than the rest of the body. Get rid of those smile lines.

I like d top version...It has rich real skin texture (though the color blending not that perfect)
second one is just ok but it lost the real skin texture...
hope u could release two version...thanks

Good amount of likeness now. He could use a couple more improvements. The eyebrows could be a little closer and less arched in the middle. You should copy the right side of his nose where it is shiny and flip it onto the other side because that is why the nose looks crooked. One more thing, his neck looks much longer than it should be.
