Create-a-player missing

i have a problem on the create a player option. when i create a new player the head of the guy doesn't appear. There's only the body lol
can anyone help me?

I have the same problem.
I installed the official patch, nlsc roster patch, and jimmy's patch.

Sounds like a video card issue to me. I'd recommend updating your drivers.

I just installed the latest driver, and it didn't work

Try to isolate the problem by moving all the patches in sgsm to a temp folder then adding it by type and alphabetically.

ex.

step 1:
move all the patches from sgsm then check if you still have issues.
if all is normal proceed to step 2.

step 2:
transfer all the .big files back to sgsm then check for issues.
if all is normal goto step 3.

step 3:
transfer all the .ebo files back to sgsm

step 4:
transfer the .fsh alphabetically
(trasfer all fsh that start with letter A then letter B etc etc)


Just remember to always check the create a player after you transfer certain files. But if the problem still occurs after you took out all the patch then i think its the game itself that have a problem.
I know its a bit tedious work but that way you can pinpoint the problem.
