LIVE 07 for PSP, Fatigue effect?

How to i get the computer to sub in players. There's no fatigue option. The Player Rotation thing in dynasty, i didnt make my starters at 100, i distributed it, sometimes even 40, 30, 30 and the computer doesnt sub them in... whats up wiht that?

It's a massive bug in the game itself. Unless EA patches Live for PSP, tough luck pal.
