Really cool roster recaps! Cleveland look so boring after not resigning LeBron :s

Your lineup looks loads cooler with Marquis at SG :D Keep up the good work, nice to see you post after a big break.

hova-, it didn't take so long to post the rosters, I did it quick with fraps.
Well Warriors have this roster for about 2 years and always misses the playoffs, so I think they will miss them this year also.
Francis 90, because it is november 3rd roster :) really old.
Opener with Mavs will be interesting. When I saw that, I thought - nice, against former team.

Its_asdf, glad that you also like Daniels. That Ramsey has 72 rating and he is from previous year draft, I remember him from last year, he had the same overall rating, so I think he doesn't have a lot of potential.

Thanks all for the replies, I will try to post season opener vs Mavs soon.

MAGIC FALL TO MAVS AT SEASON OPENER

October 31, 2007
TD Waterhouse Center, Orlando

Image

2007 - 2008 NBA regular season has just began. It was season opener between Magic and Mavericks.
It was real challenge for Orlando Magic. One of the worst team last year was fighting against NBA champions.
Magic GM faced with former team and was constrained to admit the advantage by the Mavs.
Jerry Stackhouse was the player of the game, so shocking Magic, as they were not ready for that performance.
He made 32 points, also 5 assists to the teammates. Nowitzki added 22 points and 13 rebounds.
It was not successful game for the Magic also that Dwight Howard suffered minor injury.
He has left the arena at the middle of 3rd quarter having 16 points untill it.
But medics said that he will be able to play next game against New Jersey Nets.
Rookie Jahi Yates had good night with 18 points shooting very well from the downtown.
Boris Diaw was the leader of the team in this game with 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Newly acquired Marquis Daniels in his first game played against his former team.
He scored 12 points, also had 5 rebounds and 6 assists, but lost the combat against Stackhouse.
Now Magic will have another game at TD Waterhouse Center to play against New Jersey Nets.

Sorry, but no boxscores this time, the game crashed after I hit the quit game button. At least good that I saved the scoreboard.

hammertime23, thanks. I cutted that roster pictures, because I hate that background. And all of my photos are resized, I always do the same size of photos, so thats why they fit perfectly.

Well a loss is ok I think ... they are the champ.

I hope Dwight wont be bothered too much by his injury (like loosin his FSS)
Diaw was pretty decent, and Marquis Daniels did quitew well also Stack was simply on fire.

Keep it on, you are on the right track !

Yeah badly, but Mavs was tough opponent.
Stackhouse was dominating at the first half, he had over 20 points.

Dwight Howard was ok after the game, so he won't lose his FSS abilities.
Thanks.

THE FIRST SEASON VICTORY FOR THE MAGIC

November 02, 2007
TD Waterhouse Center, Orlando

Image

Orlando Magic celebrated the first season victory against the Nets.
Dwight Howard has made his job with 25 poinst and 11 rebounds.
They got the lead at the first quarter yet and didn't let to close the game.
Rookie Jahi Yates had great scoring night from the bench with 20 points.
Noteable that Nelson was really terrible with only 3 points and 5 assists.
From the Nets need to mention their trio, but it was not enough for the victory.
Now Magic are heading to Toronto to play against new looking Raptors.

Wow, nice win ! You burned them really from the very first quarter !

Boris Diaw and Dwight Howard ... what a duo, they did quite good.
Diaw a triple double threat like in real life ;)
And you had 30 assists, that is really strong team play.
But seems like you missing a shot blocker with only 1 rejection by Mr. Allrounder Boris Diaw.

Thanks guys. Yeah Howard and Diaw were doing great in this game, and it's fun to play with them.
My sliders still need some editing, when I turned to 12 min quaretrs, as we can see I made 30 assists, I think it's too many, and only block. Also Nets had 56 rebounds. I will try to fix them ASAP.

Marvelous dynasty man... I just have NBA Live for Gamecube, but I would sure like to make a dynasty like yours.
BTW, Marquis Daniels and Diaw are certainly Magic favorites, and I would really like to see them wearing a Magic uni. Nice going!

Here we go. I'm feeling a bit bored of NBA Live and don't have much time to play some games these days. But I really want to keep this Dyansty alive. So I thought I should simulate first 3 quarters and intervene the game at the 4th quarter. That would make the Dynasty going quicker and some more excitement for me. So what do you think, is this a good idea?

I was thinking of doing the same with my own dynasty. So long as your sliders make accurate stats, it's all good (Y)

You should do it, if you think this will bring you back the fun !
Fun is all and I think you should do everything possible to keep this alive, but surely not if you have no fun.
