Old roster - dynasty progression patch

I've seen a couple patches out there that everybody can download to put old rosters in our current games.
I have a question, would it be tough to start with a year, and have the draft class in the dynasty be the real draft class of the next year?
So say we start with 1995 rosters - with everybody's age adjusted to that year, etc like in the roster updates currently out there.
I would like to be able to start a dynasty with these rosters (I don't care about old stadiums, or the fact that the dynasty will say the year is 2006). What I would like to know is that when I finish the season and goto into the 2007 draft, I would like the 1996 players who made fairly significant contributions to the NBA to be available for drafting. And so on etc for my next years in my dynasty. I think this would be pretty cool. Is it possible???
-Would only need two rounds of players (60 guys) for each year. If 60 guys couldn't be found from a draft year that ever played in the nba, then crappier created players could be put in to fill the spots.
Anyway the real question would be is it possible to set the draft class for future years in the game with cyberfaces/etc all set for these guys?
Just want to know if its possible at this point, before asking anybody to do it.

Yeah it would be nice,but you would need a lot of time to finish that kinda thing.
