no you need to go to players.dbf find those players the change ISCREATED to False then enter the PLAYERPKG to the 7 letter code that is used then open appearance.dbf and change FACEID to -1

It worked. Thanks a lot for the faces and the explanations.
The only thing is that shelden williams' face has a differnet colour as his body. his body is lighter than his face and neck.

what you need to do is to find his PLAYERID then open appearance.dbf and change is color to 3 ... let me know if it works....
