DBF File Editing

I'm using DB Commander to edit the DBF files on NBA Live 06, and I was wondering how to edit the height and weight of a player in the Players.dbf file. Can anyone help me out with this one?
As well as this, can someone give me an idea of what the different numbers in the "destiny" column of the same DBF represent? I know it somehow relates to a player's potential etc. but can someone give me a rundown of what each number does for a player.

Height and Weight are in the appearance.dbf, weight is in pounds, height is in inches.
