Draft Lottery

Why is it that the team that has like a 10 percent chance to get 1st pick always gets it? And the team who has a 25% chance always gets like 3-4 pick?? Talk about unrealistic.

For dynasty, if u r just starting one, make the draft positions random

I imagine that the system uses the percentages perfectly (i.e., if a team has a 10% chance to get the pick, they will actually get it about 1/10 of the time, whereas in reality, that 10% is more of a false hope... most generated ratio/probability theorems do this, including things like on-line poker. Things are designed to hit their pre-determined percentages right on the nose.) Again, I'm just assuming, and I would further assume not much can be done.

How many teams have 25% of landind the first pick?? IIRC, only a couple teams with the worst record had the first pick the next year.
