Nice signing man (Y) Let's see his skills

Fri Nov 25, 2005 5:44 am

I love the Tabuse signing, keep up the great dynasty mate (Y)

I hope that after the Tabuse signing, there is still some court time for 'Showtime Marks'

Fri Nov 25, 2005 10:53 am

As I've written on the article. I'm going to switch Yuta and Marks for the last spot on the active roster while Parker is out. So, I'm going to put Marks back to the IR for the next game so Yuta can play. Then it'll be back to Marks again... and so on

Fri Nov 25, 2005 11:06 am

I was going to congratulate you for giving Marks his dues....he was a monster for you in that game....but then you signed Yuta

Fri Nov 25, 2005 11:11 am

What's wrong with Yuta. Marks is still going to get his playing time. I'm actually planning to include him on the playoff rosters

Fri Nov 25, 2005 1:34 pm

Yuta's alright, as long as he's not cutting into Marks' PT :P good to hear that Marks is on his way to the playoff rosters....if only Spurs IRL were as wise as you to put him on the playoff rosters (Y)

Fri Nov 25, 2005 6:33 pm

yuta is good.. he's fast and quick nice driblling ability.. good for a back up role...

i wish he could find a team one of this days where he can showcase his talent and skill...

Fri Nov 25, 2005 6:38 pm

good signing even though he misses some shots...he still needs more development

Matrix and Kid Canada hand the Stallions their first loss

San Antonio, TX - Luck wasn't on the Stallions side when they played against the Suns. While Tim Duncan was having a great night on both ends of the floor with 24 points and 14 rebounds on 12 of 14 shooting, the rest of the Stallions wasn't doing pretty well. Starting guards Manu Ginobili and Nick Van Exel were shooting erratically with Ginobili on making 4 of his 14 shot attempts and Van Exel only making 1 of his 13. Ginobili was also benched at the start of the second half due to foul trouble. He already had 4 fouls and was only able to return midway through the fourth quarter. Michael Finley who was shooting 5 out of 7 for the night didn't get enough touches that could've helped the Stallions cause.

On the other end of the court was the Suns' Shawn Marion and Steve Nash who were unstoppable on the offensive end with 22 points apiece. SUrprisingly, Nash only had one assist and 7 turnovers. Despite this, the Suns still managed to stop the Stallions on their tracks with great scoring and rebounding with Marion grabbing 13 boards while Kurt Thomas grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds. Jim Jackson also contributed with 11 points in 11 minutes off the bench.

The Stallions look to improve their luck on the road as they will have a two game road trip starting in Sacramento against the Mike Bibby and the Kings.

Thu Dec 01, 2005 12:44 am

Yeah, Nash is ugly in the game

As for the streak it was 9-0.

I need something new for my dynasty. I'm getting a little burnt out with it. Hence the long delay

Thu Dec 01, 2005 12:48 am

I haven't been checking dynasty for a while now. I been busy lately. Decided to stop by and check out yours iz going. Looking good man.

I like the signing of Yuta Tabuse. Adding bit of the asian flava. Haha.

Tough loss though to the Suns man. Good luck next game. Ill be checking now.

Thu Dec 01, 2005 11:39 pm

Hey, you guys think I should do a trade to spice this dynasty up a little bit? If so, who?

Thu Dec 01, 2005 11:46 pm

trades are nice, but not required... its just that the dynasty section responses have been lackluster for everyone

Fri Dec 02, 2005 12:03 am

Nah, it's not the responses that's bothering me. It's my own interest in playing the game and preparing the updates.

Fri Dec 02, 2005 8:14 am

Is it actually possible to be held to 76 points by Phoenix? I was expecting a way higher score than that.

lol. yeah. I didn't realize my score was so low. I was playing like shit plus I didn't really feel like playing. I was just chucking shots hence the bad FG % by NVE and Manu

Stallions still perfect on the road thanks to NVE

Sacramento, CA - Nick Van Exel had one thing in mind after his scoring slam against against the Suns that contributed to his the Stallions' first lost and that was to give his best offensive performance of the season. And he did just that. Van Exel attacked the basket every chance he got going to the line 16 times and making 12 of those 16. To add to his he dished a game-high 8 assists to make the Stallions forgot that they ever needed Tony Parker.

To add to this was Tim Duncan's 26 points and 11 rebounds, Manu Ginobili's 14 points and Michael Finley's 13 sealed the deal for the visiting San Antonio Stallions.

Notable performances from the Kings were Brad Miller's 15 points and game-high 12 rebounds, Shareef Abdur-Rahim's 11 rebounds and Bonzi Wells' 20 points.

Tony Parker's injury is reported to be healed but will still need an extra four days to nurse some soreness on his calf muscles and is still scheduled to play against the Lakers on the 29th.
