text roster update?

Does anyone have a text version of a current roster update? I don't need CAPs or anything, just the current players. I'm on Gamecube so I can't download anything. Thanks.

If you only need the text, why not just go through nba.com/teamgoeshere/roster and see who's on the rosters as of today, and do it that way? That's how I've always done it through my console. Then, once you've updated, just use nba.com/transactions to keep up.
