Only single player dynasty mode...

I suggest you rent the game yourself before making a decision, and see what you think about it.

What part do they hate? That there is single player dynasty? Your stupid dude, you know how hard that wwould be to put that in easo. There is a way but you have to send the file back and forth with you and a another person. To much work so I suggest just play single player against the comp. Or if you want to play against someone else buy two controllers and play your brother that way. Or go on EA Sports Online and play some people online.

A 2 player dynasty wouldn't be hard to put in at all. here is nothing so technical about making the dynasty multiplayer, maybe just have certain features disabled. Similar things are done for games of all genres, and I think that would be a great feature.

But sadly 'footballstevo75', this is not a feature in Live 06.

exactly, they should have a 2 player thing and once you do it, it says "you won't be able to do this and this" that would b sweet

i think some of you are talking about different types of "multiplayer dynasty".
i think footballstevo meant a 2player dynasty on 1 console. like a season thing. not online play.

Yeah the only way is to send a file, like me, Mafia and Seraph are doing in our Trinasty, if you had it on PC you and your brother could edit he DBF so you could boht play, you jsut have to be careful when making trades etc that you only have it as a one player dynasty during the trade offering process, other wise it will crash.

The advantage of the multi-player Dynasty - or to put it another way, the ability to select multiple teams in Dynasty Mode - is that a couple of friends (or more) can manage a team each through multiple seasons, something a lot of folks did from NBA Live 2000 to NBA Live 2003. Such an option does open the door for cheating, but those who want to utilise this feature as it was intended probably wouldn't resort to such tactics.

It's like in-game saves. It was a feature that could be exploited by cheaters but those who want to play the game fairly wouldn't use it to cheat. At the end of the day, you've got to design the game for people who want to play it as it's meant to be played, and if some folks want to cheat the PC then so be it. In theory, a sports sim should be flexible enough to give all kinds of players the game they want.
