changing bhed to fsh. file

i really need help in changing a bhed file to a fsh. file i already downloaded Fshed but i dont know how to use it, i tried using the search button but couldnt find any tutorial, if there is already a thread like this please give me a link, thanks

Try using FshX. Just open the program, click File -> Open... and look up the .fsh file, then choose Texture -> Export.../Import... Then if you do any changes, remember to save the file.
