Guys, need some help here... Which .dbf file I should edit to unlock all shoes and jerseys?

The file you want to edit is teamgear.dbf.

I think that one's nbastore.dbf, but I could be wrong.

SHOES: Open up shoesacc.dbf and set all the ISLOCKED field to FALSE.
JERSEYS: Open up teamgear.dbf and set all the ISUNLOCKED field to 1.
Go load the savegame that you edited and You're done.
