Better gameplay by change of speed?

I would like to get better gameplay ,but with lower game speed all moves are sooo slow ,i like speed of moves dribling rebounds like around 69 but then plaers are running too fast .Is there possibility to low running speed atribute of all players and put 69 speed of game and receive slower runing plaers but with faster animations ?couse now we are mostly waching animations exept plaing . So is changing atribute speed changin only running speed or all moves speed?
i mean to get somthing like the xbox360 video?

I think it's stupid that movements are tied to "gamespeed". Perhaps only slightly. Gamespeed should only affect the way teams play, say the amount of fastbreaks now that they have it, and how quickly teams pull up for shots not using up the shot clock.

OMG I amezed myself .Its so good news.
I,ve changed the SPEED of all detroit players with dbf editor (plyers.dbf in curent dbf folder in docum,and settings) MINUS 40!! and i UP GAMESPEED for 69 and what ive received? ive played det vs det
much more responcive controls ,way naturaly pace of game ,not run and gun ,more feel of tha game specialy witch shooting but also in every piece of game -players only move faster ,not run ,its even something look like dribling just much better proportions beetwin moves and running speed ,even this skate thing dont look so bad
physics of he ball looks way better also
hmm its lot of work (2000 players )but season even didnt start.

if you want to make slower freestyle moves

you must do this

go to user sliders(in gameplay settings)

in the middle (approximately) of sliders

you will find user freestyle frequency or like this.

change it to 20 or 30

but if you use gamepad when you change it to smaller than 30

they can't handle the ball

no no i dont talk about freestyle but ALL MOVES passes receive passes comparing to speed of players
i get amazing rezults witch lowering speed of players an uping speed of game as i sad
i was inspirated of waching nba 2k6 videos and of course how god of sports games (ProEvolutionSoccer)looking at gameplay
now there is no slowdown or speed ups when players shoot dunk and drible they made all i one tempo
soon i will do video how fastbreak look now

in say Live 2000, the gamespeed was V Good. It'd be cool to have a uniform gamespeed again.
