No actually I started at 4, was almost there at 7, and then had to start over again when a new owner who taught differently moved in. It sucked

DAMN I don't really have problems with people but theres this one guy thats SO DAMN ANNOYING!! He's this black guy in my class but he dresses and acts like a white guy. Ok I don't really care who the hell he is, he just acts like a total idiot. Then one day he comes up with this weird thing he does with his tongue that makes all this spit shoot out, and he does it to a few people that sit around him. Then I'm busy taking notes (my seat is to the front right of his) and I fell all this !@#$ on the left side of my face and I turn around and I see him looking at me leaning over towards me, I SWEAR TO GOD I KNOW HE DID NOT JUST SPIT ON ME!!! So I got super pissed but I held it to the end of class. I went out the far door (less traffic) and I waited at the other one for him to come out.
I didn't really know what I was gonna do, maybe hit him a few times but I wasn't about to try to get myself suspended or anything like that. Also earlier past week there were these mexican-black fights going on and the principal said anybody caught in a fight will be expelled and maybe criminal charges or something like that. So when he finally comes out walking and talking with this girl, I came up to him and punched him about 3 1/2 times around the chest and stomach then I pushed him into a locker and went on with my business (this was only 1st period). So he doesn't really do anything back, he just goes back to the girl he was walking with. I hear her say "what was that all about" and he goes "I don't know, some idiot". So I went on with my day.
When 3rd period came along, I was walking to class and he comes up behind me and says "why are you pushing me" and I said "you were spitting on me" and he says "no I wasn't what the hell are you talking about don't push me" and I say "I know what you did just stay the hell away from me" and then he says "don't push me" and then he turns and walks away, so I turn and walk away too, but then I feel a big shoe on my rear end and I turn around and I see him running away, and I was thinking "HE DID NOT JUST KICK ME!!!!!

There are times when you need to be cool and ignore it, and there's times where you need to teach people a lesson. If you sit back and let this slide you're a pussy. That being said, don't get him at school.. do it outside of school
The way I look at it, things will get divided in two depending on popularity. If he's fairly popular or whatever, people will side with him and see you as a complete doormat. If you're the popular one your mates are going to think this guy's a fuckwit, but are also going to expect you to take SOME form of action. Maybe it's just me, but the few times someone's hit me when I'm not looking and ran it's made me really angry lol... he should've at least had the courage to try and kick you when you're actually ready for it. Coward. Kick his ass.

it's better to stick up for yourself....I'll recall a story from my high school past....I was just middle of the road sort of bloke, got a long with everyone whether they were cool or nerds....didn't matter.....happy-go-lucky....anyway, these 2 tossers from "cool" group use to give a little bit of crap....nothing too bad, but yeah, I just took it....fast forward to a year or so out of high school, and was at pub (& about 20kgs bigger) and went for a slash and this guy gave me a little bit of a bump from behind while I was at it....once I finished my slash (piss for anyone who doesn't know) I approached this guy and said, you muther*****.....you f**** touch me or some shit to me again I will kick ur candy ass, and his mate who I knew from school (who was a good bloke) held me back and said the guy wasn't worth it and yeah....I saw the punk from school a couple more times after that and he never gave me shit or nothing anymore.....
so the moral of the story is to stand up for yourself....don't take no shit, don't give no shit unless it's deserved, and kicks his ass if all else fails

personally I would have turned to him and spat a huge greeny right into his eye, that way you put the ball back in his court, if he retaliates with his fist's you have a right to defend yourself(by law) if he decides to spit back again, you hit him in his face and break it.
When i was about 15 we had a christmas party/disco in a local nightclub(@3pm). As you can imagine people where drinking & everybody was pretty rowdy. I got into a pushing contest with some prick, his exact word to me, was "outside", my response was "Fuck outside" and I hit him straight and hard, bloodied his nose and covered him in it and that was that.
I told you that so I can tell you this...
Almost 3 month later, I was at the school youth club, when along comes this prick again, with twats in tow. Same shit different day, except were already outside. I got dropped and my ass was well and truly kicked. There was a point to this story but now i've lost it? I basically sucka punched this guy 1st time around and i caught him unawares, he was'nt expecting it. Do you see my point?

Back again, and guess what: SHIT DID TURN OUT WRONG! AND NOW I HAVE TO BE IN A STATE OFF ALERT IN THE FUCKING ARMY THE WHOLE DAMN WEEKEND!!! ARGGGH!! I WANTED TO GO HOME TOMORROW!!!!!
