Is it possible to change the shotclock after offensive rebounds?

Basically what the title says, I'm just wondering if there's any possible way to do this, so that it resets to 14 seconds instead of 24. This would be nice for current rosters.

I'm guessing not. I don't think anyone's been able to change the rules in the coding like that.

I figured as much, maybe with hex editing it could be possible, doubt it, cause I'm not sure what really tells it to reset, but you can change the team type within RED MC however FIBA rules from 2k14 were before the 14 shotclock.
