Yeah, hopefully can find a way to get Coyote mascot in the game as well, not sure why 2k did not include him, he has been around for awhile.

That's looking better. Maybe needs to be slightly darker with some grey streaks, but again, I love the creativity of the idea.

Nuggets hand Sonics first defeat behind Sophomore Jalen Rose 17 points
DENVER - "We're on the right track, it's a big win against a team like Seattle" Rose said after scoring 17 points and dishing 9 assists. Nuggets have won 3 straight and improved 3-1 after a loss from Lakers on opening night. Nuggets won close games, 1 point lead against Spurs and Warriors where Nuggets needed an overtime. "He's (Rose) shooting the ball with confidence. When you have players like him, the game gets really easy for him and for everybody else." Coach Bickerstaff said. It was close for 3 quarters but Nuggets found the right defense to shutdown the Sonics in the 4th, outscoring the Seattle 33-19. The Nuggets made a 11-2 run with 4:01 remaining in the 4th, 98-95. 3 Nuggets players scored 20+ points lead by Reggie Williams 23 points, Antonio McDyess 22 points and 13 rebounds and Abdul-Rauf 21 points. Shawn Kemp led the Sonics with 24 points and 9 rebounds.

"We were able to get stops, we shared the ball well, it's nice to against the league's top centers." Hakeem said. "We gave away the win against the Bucks, we made sure it does not happen again. It's always nice if you can have your best player on the floor for more than 30 minutes," Rockets coach Rudy Tomjanovich said. Clyde Drexler was the game's high scorer with 25 points and guard Cassell added 21 points
Rockets led the most part of the game. Heat was able to tie the game at 78-all with 10:12 remaining in the 4th thru Willis' free throw show and grab the lead 81-80 when Bimbo Coles made a 3-point shot 8:41 remaining. Rockets' defense is all over after that, Kenny Smith even blocks Mourning's shot in the post and made 2 clutch 3-points with shot clock winding down. "We will make it hard for him whoever is guarding him" Kenny Smith said. Alonzo still had a monster game with 17 points and 18 rebounds. Kevin Willis was the top scorer with 22 points. "We let other factors affect us," Willis said. "We let them take control of the game. They have the lead and were still playing poor defense."
Rockets will travel next to Minnesota who had an escaped win against Lakers while Heat will host undefeated New Jersey.

Kenny Anderson keeps Nets winning streak for 104-99 win over Magic

FLORIDA - Even with Shaq and , both teams Magic and Nets have been doing a great defeating their opponents. Led by guard Kenny Anderson, the team's floor general and leading scorer, has been averaging 18.0 pts 10.3 asts in their 1st three games. New Jersey City's All-Star point guard scored 15 points and dished 12 assists in the game, and the Nets was able to win after wasting 16-point lead to keep the winning streak to three with a 104-99 victory over the Orlando Magic.
The Nets needed every bit of it -- forward Derrick Coleman still out due to a sore right knee.
It was close from the start with no team not leading by more than 4 points and 5 lead changes. Bench players made Jayson Williams grabbing 7 boards in the less than 6 minutes and has two followup dunks and wingman Donald Royal always ready when Magic has a fastbreak. Nets leads by 1 at end of first 23-22. Nets started strong in the 2nd and put a 29-22 and was able to stretch it 54-41 end of 2nd quarter led by Kenny Anderson's 5 assists and rookie Ed O'Bannon's perimeter shooting. The game looks like Nets is about to have a blow as they build a 16-point lead in the 3rd 61-45 9:30 remaining but Magic found a way rally led by Penny and Horace Grant. Magic was able to grab the lead again 87-86 after Penny made a 3-point shot and had a chance to put away the Nets with 94-90 lead but just kept on missing shots until Nets was able to tie the game 94-all with 2:25 remaining in the 4th.

"One of the things we talked about that I said before the game tonight is that we have to defend at a higher level every single night. " Nets coach Butch Beard said. "Offensively, we struggled to get any kind of flow or continuity there, but I give our guys credit -- they still tried to work as hard as they could to defend, even though offensively, we had our challenges." "With Coleman out, certainly offensively, it's been a challenge the last several games, we are missing his 20 points per game " Anderson said. "I've been trying to find a way to keep helping our guys offensively in order to create an identity with him being out."
New Jersey next road game is against Miami Heat who just lost against Houston Rockets while Orlando Magic will visit Boston Celtics.

The 1995–96 NBA season was the season where 2 expansion teams were added in the North.
Rusty MJ came back in the previous season but came up short against the Magic during the playoffs. The Bulls have added Rodman hoping he will provide the muscle they are looking for at the middle.
Rockets just got their back-to-back championships but will Hakeem and Clyde do a three-peat?

Through 4 games, the two-time All-Star is 7th in the league in PPG among power forwards, 17.0 and 2nd on assist 2.3 apg behind only Dennis Rodman

Michael Jordan scored season high with 51 points and Pippen added 20 points to help Bulls to a 114-99 victory over the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night. "It's nice to get my rhythm," Jordan said. "We are on a roll and and we like that."
The Bulls, who had won the last 4 games this season and in 1st place in the Eastern Conference.
Bulls was up by 18 at the end of 1st quarter with Jordan scoring 16 points. "They started hot and ended good defense" Coach Phil Jackson said referring to the 11-0 run beginning of 1st and ending it with 35-17. Dan Majerle and Bob Sura led the Cavs in 2nd to outscore the Bulls 33-27. "When we're like that we're going to score a bunch of points and if our defense can keep improving then we're the team that we want to be," coach Phil Jackson added.
Chris Mills had 18 points for the Cavs and Terrell Brandon with 12 points and 6 assists., who have lost four straight.
"We knew they were very capable and tonight they did. It was tough match ups trying to stop those guys." Cavs coach Mike Fratello said. Cavs open the 4th quarter with 11-4 run and got close within 1 with 7:41 remaining. "Jordan made me pass and limit my shots", Bobby Phills said who had the chance to give the Cavs the lead when he missed a jumper in the side. Bulls have a 2-point lead 99-97 with 4:11 remaining when Bulls shut the Cavs down to end the game with 17-2 run.

Mashburn powers Mavericks past Bucks 108-102

Milwaukee Bucks now know the reason why the Texas triangle road trip is tough. Bucks stole a win from Houston but not with Dallas Mavericks. Mavs improved their standings to 3-1 and used a strong 3rd quarter to get past at Bucks 108-102. Jamal Mashburn lead the way with 30 points while Jim Jackson added 28. Jason Kidd also had 16 points and dished 6 assists and Lorenzo Williams crashed the boards with 11 rebounds and 4 blocks. Mavs scored 35 points in the 3rd shooting 62% of field goals, 10 assists. making 5/7 3-pointers and stopping the Bucks shooting to 31% only. "Vin was unstoppable, if you will ask he is the mvp tonight. We wanted to be aggressive, but then you've got to make the right plays. It was close in the 1st half, credit to our coaching staff and adjusted our gameplan after the halftime." Bucks returned the favor though in the 4th quarter by outscoring the Mavs 34-19 and came as close within 3 points 105-102 after Eric Murdock hit a corner three with 24.9 seconds left. Vin Baker had a solid game with 33 points and 14 boards. Glenn Robinson scored 28 points but had 5 turnovers and fouled out with 2:23 remaining in the 4th after baiting on Mashburn's fake. Golden State Warriors needed an overtime to defeat the Atlanta Hawks 130-122. Warriors saw their 22-point lead vanished entering the 4th quarter. The Hawks outscored the Warriors 40-18 led by Blaylock and Norman, then Steve Smith makes a 3 pointer from a pass by Blaylock with 0.3 seconds. The Hawks' turnovers at the start of overtime cost them the win as Warriors was able to capitalize and built an early 5-point lead. Joe Smith finished with double-double 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Golden State Warriors needed an overtime to defeat the Atlanta Hawks 130-122. Warriors saw their 22-point lead vanished entering the 4th quarter. The Hawks outscored the Warriors 40-18 led by Blaylock and Norman, then Steve Smith makes a 3 pointer from a pass by Blaylock with 0.3 seconds. The Hawks' turnovers at the start of overtime cost them the win as Warriors was able to capitalize and built an early 5-point lead. Joe Smith finished with double-double 12 points and 10 rebounds.

John Starks scored 29 points, added 3 rebounds and 3 assists to defeat arch rival Indiana Pacers, Patrick Ewing added 24 points 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Knicks hold the Pacers to 35 percent shooting in the final quarter. "My teammates are confident in me, which has taught me to be confident," said Starks. Reggie Miller had a season-low 12 points, but in 32 minutes as Pacers snapped its 3-game win.
Starks started hot scored 10 points while sophomore Charlie Ward added 10 points from bench, Knicks leading by 9 at the end of 1st quarter. Knicks put a 12-point lead but Pacers made a 11-0 run led by Pierce and rookie Travis Best caught fire and scored 17 points to give Pacers the lead 53-50 at the end of 1st half. The two Davises led the Pacers to put away Knicks in the 3rd and established a 9-point lead 68-59 but Starks again led the Knicks to cut the lead down to 2. Knicks outscored the Pacers in the 4th with 30 points against 19 of Pacers.
"They came to play," Knicks coach Don Nelson said. "I told them, `Let's just ball,' and I thought they balled tonight."

Just feel like I'm transported back to the 90's everytime I read this! I love the highlights and video work. Adds such a unique feel to it. Great presentation and photoshop work too. Loved the Shaq and Penny Magic. Hope they make a run at the East again.

Thanks man. 90's basketball were much better especially the rivalries. I'm a big Magic fan too, happy to see Magic is doing fine in spite of Shaq being sidelined due to injury. Nick Anderson and Penny are playing great, it was a sorry loss against the Nets. I will post their recent game against the Celtics.

Orlando Magic shot 47% from 3-point making 14/30 to maintain their strong start 4-1 and handed Celtics' 3rd straight loss. Nick Anderson had 31 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Penny Hardaway finished with 18 points and 8 assists in spite pf getting his 4th foul in the 2nd quarter with 9:22 left. Penny came up with big plays in the last 6 minutes to help the Orlando Magic beat the Boston Celtics 107-98 on Friday night. Dino Radja led the Celtics with 16 points, 13 rebounds and Douglas had 16 points and 4 assists, Celtics fell to 1-3.
Orlando will have no rest and will play Miami Heat the following day while another tough assignment for Boston as Utah Jazz visits next week.

I'm sorry if I missed it in an earlier post recapping injuries, but how long is Shaq out for?
I really like the card graphics by the way! Great stuff. Keep that up.
I also enjoyed the video for the Celtics vs. Orlando game. Penny really seemed to step up from the very beginning, then kind of fizzled as the fouls caught him. Anderson really did play very well. It's interesting seeing that knowing the narrative surrounding him following that Rockets / Magic Finals in real life. Hope he can keep that up and avoid that narrative in the game.
It's also interesting watching this, and this may be just me because I never owned anything beyond 2K17, but the graphics for 2K14 doesn't look that far off from what I have seen from 2K18 and even some clips from 2K19.
