Save settings for modded jerseys

Hey guys, I've started playing around with modding jerseys but I'm having a hard time getting them to show up in game (they appear invisible). I'm thinking when I save the .dds file in Photoshop that I'm using the wrong settings.

Can anyone tell me what settings should be used for jerseys and how many mip maps they have? Thanks.
