NBA Live16 Game Face

I downloaded the companion app for NBA Live 16 face scan went through however the head is one color and the body is another meaning I have a black head and white body need help

I ran into that issue a few times when I was scanning my face. It's usually because there wasn't enough light, though I think there could also be a couple of glitches. It took me a couple of scans to get it how I liked it, and avoid glitches with the skin colour.

I like the app. Makes my face look a lot prettier than it actually is.

I bought NBA live 16 ps4, I want to scan my face NBA Live 16. however Companion App running NBA live 18. What should I do.

Doesn't look like there's a way to get your face into Live 16. I'm sure they've either removed or updated the app since 2015

Yeah, unfortunately it's too late now. The current companion app only supports NBA Live 18.
