is there a way to change Ty Lue to Lebron as a coach?

Lebron's cyberface ID is 1013 and Tyronn Lue's cyberface is 5407.
I copied Lebron's cyberface Face1013 and PNG 1013 and changed the copies to 5407 and he became the head coach.

Art files are universal, so I would assume so.
