Well you have to tweak the game, I really want it, but what you can do is make a season mode and create a player and player lock with that player

This, in a nutshell.
You can replicate certain aspects of a MyCAREER/Rising Star type of mode, but you can't mod an entire mode into the game, with all the same functionality.
