ILT mod

I've done some research about how can I improve the rotation/substitution in the game. On maek's thread he said that substitution will be more situational with ILT's tuning. So I'm wondering if it's in the download section

Sure, as long as appropriate credit is given. If there's an issue, it can always be removed.
