sry i didnt respond earlier, i checked bball-reference and i forgot to pm, i think your problem is one. You are looking formula for 70s or early 80s, right?
Because when i reviewed few last seasons, i see really few teams(1-5) with 7200 FGA max, mostly 6000-6800. league avg is almost always 6600-6700. I dont see problem there.
It can be problematic for 70s/80s if you forgot to reduce 3s. Im not 70s specialist, so i never checked this, i think slimm also, but there is huge chance that there is some hardcoded things in game that wont allow to have ~7500FGA( i think it should be even 8000for 70s)
One more time i dont see nothing weird in my rosters, but its late 80s, 90s, 00s and current, 70s can be problematic for you.

i still believe that some day, some users will understand, that some mod is simply better than the other one, well maybe im just stupid and naive because after years many of them still dont understand.

yes you are correct, your numbers are very accurate. I'm going to revise my three-point attempts upwards by 50% and see how that affects things. Other than that, I think we are limited by the hard coding.
Thanks
