Cyberface for TMAC houston retro

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has a TMAC during the houston rocket's cyberface? Or if someone could please make one 
? He's my favorite player and I just don't like the one that is already presented from 2k's

sorry this might sound noobish but how do i apply the cyberface over? i used the explorer program and i can export the old ones to get the files and import (which i tried?? not even sure if this is how you do it) but yeah can you explain to me where i put the .iff file
