Hair Shinning

Can anybody explain me how to make the hair of the texture not to shine? I know its somthing related to transparency but if somebody could explain it to me i would appreciate it.

it is indeed the alpha layer of the facial texture. Any hair needs to be black on the alpha layer.
Save as .dds (DXT 5). Any issue just send me the file in a PM.
