black points on players arms

Hi guys,
I have converted some NBA 2K12 cyberfaces to 2K13.
I put in the cf + arms into an iff file of 2K13.
the faces look great, but the arms somehow look "dirty".
the arms aren't totally black, but there are a lot of black colored points all over the arms.
it looks like dark mud.
is there a way to fix that?
