Association Start Date feature

Hello,
is the feature that was in nba 2K13 that let u choose what start date u wanted.For example if today was december 8 i was able to choose this as my start of association with the real life NBA scores and stats of the league implemented.
It was a cool feature that made use of NBA today and up to date rosters and stats.

Yes, it's in NBA 2K14 as well.
