at the Moment i put the Liga in paused Mode to give People some time to join. Also ist without Draft that ist intersting to join later too.

Furthermore, I get that you're keen for people to join your Online Association, but one post in your own thread is sufficient. If you'd like to bump it after a few days to get more attention, that would be fine. Posting off-topic here and hijacking other people's Online Association threads to announce yours isn't on; it's spamming and against the rules.
