Umm... Okay...

Yeah, that's pretty much my reaction as well. I guess it's kind of cool but at the same time, this is the big social media feature they were talking about? Promote the game for them and unlock some bonus content that in the past would probably just be unlocked by eventual release of the codes or simply playing through the game?

So their big idea is to promote the game better on social media than their current PR community people so free marketing essentially.

It's not really bonus content or stuff that's pointless, and is not really free marketing either as you don't even have to check the app or do anything for them to get the codes since they are global and can be claimed once per account. So far two codes released one for 1000 VC and one for a Silver Booster, both can be used on PC but of course both are pointless for PC.

Even so, I don't think it lives up to the hype that it was receiving.
