How do you get by the date of birth screen?

Everytime I load 2K14, I have to go thru the date of birth screen, and then the game doesn't recognize my CD code on the following screen. So technically, I can't log on to play online. Is there a way I can bypass this method to log onto the internet?

Looks like the game isn't saving the information, or isn't loading it properly after saving. It's probably a permissions issue, and as JaoSming suggested, you should contact 2K support.

If your looking for a permanent fix, then contacting 2K support is the best move. If your looking for a quick fix, you could also set your birthday to January 1st, 2013. The game should give you a screen that tells you that you are too young for online features and take you to the title screen. I had a similar thing happen in 2K13, but since I didn't care much for online features I just chose to bypass it using the solution above.

Make sure you are putting in the code correctly, as well. I have messed up plenty of times forgetting whether to put the dashes in or use capitals, or even put in an o instead of a 0, etc.

Set it to the oldest date possible.
